Robert Mastronardi is a Florida-licensed attorney whose practice centers on business law for startups and established enterprises. He earned his J.D. from Nova Southeastern University, Shepard Broad College of Law. Graduating in 2022 with Dean’s List honors, he completed his undergraduate studies at Binghamton University in 2019. Born and raised in Upstate New York, Robert relocated to South Florida to pursue his legal career and has built his practice here. His diverse experience encompasses litigation, personal injury, and business immigration, with a strong emphasis on practical, business-minded solutions. Robert provides comprehensive business-law services, including contract negotiation, entity formation, regulatory compliance, and risk management, tailored to the needs of both small entities and larger organizations.
