Scott Fishman is a business-focused attorney and a qualified arbitrator, Florida Supreme Court Certified Circuit and County Court Mediator.
He became a lawyer to help people —bringing both legal skill and practical judgment to every matter.
Scott has served as a mediator, arbitrator, and lead council, gaining experience and handling transactions with professional insight into a wide range of business matters. When clients are under pressure, he listens closely and concentrates on practical, results-driven solutions that move disputes forward and restore peace of mind.
He believes that “Attorney and Counselor at Law” means sometimes common sense is just as valuable as legal remedies. “I take pride in working with my clients to find practical solutions that resolve their challenges and help them sleep a little better at night.”
Outside the office, Scott enjoys time with his wife and daughter, stays active as an avid sports fan, and serves as an active board member of the Temple Beth Emet Men’s Club (“He*Bros”).
