She specializes in commercial and civil litigation, business law (including serving as outside general counsel to small businesses), and real estate law. Rachel has successfully defended a broad spectrum of matters—ranging from breach of contract, personal guarantees, and defense against usurious loans and revenue purchase agreements, to non-compete and trade secret disputes, evictions, ejectments, foreclosures, collections for both small and large clients, and partnership and contract disputes.

Her career began during the 2007 economic recession when she helped small businesses with corporate reorganizations. She takes pride in advising that every business she guided remains healthy and operational today or was sold for a profit. Since then, Rachel has continued to guide businesses through all stages of their journey—from formation through closing. She has deep experience identifying the appropriate form of business entity, drafting and negotiating contracts, preparing employment and contractor agreements, and positioning businesses for sale, merger, or acquisition.

Before becoming an attorney, Rachel worked as an accountant for Time Warner. That background provides her with valuable financial acumen and a managerial perspective, enhancing her approach to both litigation and transactional matters.
